Will the CNDV-70MTP upgraded disc mess up my bypassed Avic N1 When I do the upgrade to it? And is there anything that I should know before I do this upgrade to keep it working perfect like it all ready does?

Yes. You will need to do some soldering or you will have no bypass. There are other threads on here about how to do it
