i was just wonderin wats a good way to keep the HU cool? mine isnt gettin extremely hot but i notice that he screen does get hot...i was thinkin of runnin like a small dryer tube from the back of the fan down to the foot wells with another fan at the end to draw the heat out, so will that work?

In theory, that would work fantastically. But truthfully, I doubt there's enough room behind the HU to run all of that ducting, and wire up the fans, though. Every car is different, so maybe yours does. I can certainly tell you mine doesn't! If you do it, pick up two computer CPU fans and a computer show or something- you'll get 'em really cheap. I'm not sure what voltage those are desiged to run off of, but if that doesn't work, I'd be that Radio Shack has something to do the trick.
