Can the AVIC D3 play any other mp3 player other than an Ipod? Has anyone tried other players such as Creative Nomad?

I use a Sandisk Sansa on mine, I just use the AUX input

Well in that case, I am going to try my Creative Nomad with it. I'll just have to make sure that I have the right cable to connect it.

You can just use one with a 3.5mm jack (regular headphone size) on both ends, and plug it into the front of your D3

iPod is the only MP3 player that can be controlled by the D3, if that's what you were wondering. Any other option you have to control the MP3 player manually and no titles show up on the D3.

Ok that's fine, just as long as I can play the music. I tend to waste allot of CD's by always adding a new song or two to a bunch of songs that I already have on one or more Cd's. Eventually I will buy a good Ipod, but for now I'll just use my Nomad along with CD's. I thought I would be able to use RW Cd's and keep deleting the tracks to add new ones, but it doesn't seem to work that way.

I think if you make and MP3 disc that shouldn't be a problem
