How do I burn the image using a mac. I downloaded it and tried burning it using the burn folder, but had no luck, and suggestions?

Just copy the disk using toast. If you dont have toast, make an image of the disk in OSX and then burn that to disk. Go to DISK UTILITY, highlight the dvd in the left column, go to FILE, NEW, DISK FROM DVD. Once the image is written you can burn it from the column below, just highlight the img file and hit the BURN button at the top.

This is annoying. It says "Please insert appropriate disk" every time I start the car with that cd. What did I do wrong?

Did you do what I detailed above? Are you using DL disk? Are you using a DL burner? If so then it may be the type of media your using. Try a different type of media. I used Verbatim and my copies work just fine.
