Hey Guys,

Looking to upgrade to a Yukon Denali and I am going to be putting my Z1 into the Denali. Any ideas on if the factory Rear Entertainment System will work as a rear screen for the Z1's DVD output?

Any input would be appreciated as it is holding me back from pulling the trigger on to buy or not to buy...

You can cut and splice in RCA ends to the factory harness or use the plug and play Peripheral harness, part # GMLRSE.

id order the plug if you want it to be easy! ive done a few of those overheads and the wire colors seem to change from one to the next.

i agree with shotgun-customs. order the harness, makes your life very easy. you will need to send 12 volt power to the screen (it's in the radio harness, i think it is pink) and then power up the headphone transmitter in the overhead console (connect the pink and white, again i think). check out http://www.me-mag.com/Upload/ME02_Installing.pdf and scroll down a good bit and you will see what you need.
