The navi voice guidance and beeping for skipping tracks are not working. What can be the problem? And it's not the hardware volume level and it's not muteeither. It is pauses the music with no sound when navi guidance should be saying something. But the voice guidance not come out.

Anyone knows what would be the problem? Need help please.

Do you have the microphone plugged into the NAVI-OUT jack in the back on accident?

No.. the microphone plug in correctly.. I can tell because my voice command works.
