Hey.. I have been off the site for a while. I have a March 06 unit and have been using the Ducatiboy bypass since then. Love the Z1 and all except the Bluetooth really sux... What is this bluetooth update I have been seeing mentioned from time to time. I have no problem using a different method of Bypassing the unit if the update is worth it.

 

What bluetooth problems does the update fix? Sound Quality is my biggest problem..

It adjusted the mic gain to help (not solve for everyone) the echo issues everyone was having. It is on Ducati's site for you to download and burn, or you can call Pioneer and they will send you one. You will have to change to the 2-wire bypass method, which is also explained on his site
