Has anyone had any luck connecting thier treo 700p and the bluetooth wireless kit (BTB200), if so please help I cant sem to find any info on this

I have a Treo 650 palm that pairs and works great with my Z1. I had no luck at transferring phone book numbers from Treo to z1. I had about 100 numbers, so I just entered them manually. I have not experienced the echo problems that others talk about. My Z1 has had the bluetooth update. I have read where a lot of people are having problems with the Treo windows versions pairing up with bluetooth.

It was not super intuitive to pair. I started the search from the Avic-D3. Be in the function display menu. hit phone conect, then search (not connection open), then start on Treo. It took me a few times to figure it out. Don't start from open connection. Then, go save it as phone #1 (it will autoconnect) under Phone Register button (under nav menu). I think I did it under Direct Connect and held down the name of my phone.

To transfer contacts, go to nav menu and go to phonebook transfer (only an option if the phone is paired and connected). Make sure that the contacts have only phone numbers with hyphens and not parentheses. Make sure you are connected. Go to transfer phone book. Go to contacts and send via bluetooth. This should send it but will disconnect. Go to direct connect, re-connect w/ your phone. Go to transfer phone book. Repeat. Good luck!

If you are not connected, the transfer will not work and will cause your phone to lock up and need to be reset (not a big deal).
