Not sure if this is the correct forum or not, but here goes. I have a 2007 Avalanche with Bose premium and Onstar. I had a z1 installed together with the Soundgate Lanstar interface for chimes, onstar etc. The chimes and onstar keep crashing. the installer has been through 4 lanstar units. It seesm to crash overnight, when I start the truck in the morning, no chimes. I have found that I can take out the fuse then put it back in to make it all work. I am at my wits end. Anybody have any ideas, the installer is clueless

Try a different brand interface or maybe a different installer. The Peripheral GMAHLANB works well.
