I have an N1 that I upgraded to N3 software today. All was working fine (XM, navigation, audio prompts), except that the touch screen was not calibrated correctly (the unit had been out of the car for a few days as I had to replace the ribbon cable). So I read how to get into the service menu on this forum and calibrated the screen. The screen is now correctly calibrated but I have lost all sound. No XM, no CD audio, no prompts. Not even any static.

 

I can't find anything in the service menu that relates to sound. Since the sound was fine up to using the service menu, I can only assume that it has something to do with it. I've checked that the volume is sufficiently high and that it is not on mute.

 

Can anyone help, please?
