Has anyone sucessfully used the RB10 input adapter on the D3? i cannot get my D3 to recognize the adapter. im trying to hook up my sirius stiletto up through the RCA hookups, right now im using the AV1 RCAs, but i have a PS2 i want to hook up as well, so im trying to use this adapter.

Any tips for getting it to work?

the d3 does not support the rb10 or rb20 adaptors. i think it is because pioneer was using a minimalist view to keep the unit under 1000 bucks. the only aux inputs are the av1 and av2.

I would just connect your stilleto through the front, and the PS2 through the back AV input

might be what i have to do, just wanted all the wires hidden as much as possible.

Anyone know why the EXT-1 and EXT-2 features are even listed on the AV Menu if they cant be used? just a little confusing to me

ext-1 and ext-2 should be what the rb-10 or 20 show up when plugged in the easiest thing to do and you'll get better sound is to use the sirius 14110 fm mod relay and go over a radio station with it. its a great piece and beats mini to rca in sound quality

Umm No. Fm modulation is much worse than going through an aux input. Hell even a tape adaptor provides better frequency response than an fm modulator.
