I hope this hasn't been posted somewhere before, I have searched through the forums about this issue but only found such problems as not knowing how to switch back from iPod video to audio, etc.
Anyway, when I connect my iPod video to the D3 it works perfectly for music functions. Then I click video button and get the normal message to use the iPod for video function. I then proceed to select the Video menu on my iPod and have tried to play music videos, TV shows and movies and it will play on the iPod, the sound will play on the car stereo but the video will not show up on the D3. I just got this system installed at a SoundsGreat location near my house. (Would have done the install myself but it was in a 2005 Tahoe Z71 and had to deal with Bose, OnStar, Steering Wheel Controls & Other random things that were incorporated into the radio wiring harnesses). I don't know if there is something they should have connected and didn't or if it is something that I am doing wrong or what. Any suggestions?
