I own a Z2 that has that heat related problem and would like to replace the Hard Drive myself. How difficult is it to do this? I have replaced the HD on numerous laptops and desktops but I am not sure how to do it on a Z2. Mainly because I have not opened up a Z2 and I am afraid to mess it up. So can it be done? If so what is the best type of hard drive to get as far as size and brand goes? I read that Toshibas were the best. Also, how do I install the files on the new hard drive? Do I use an image of the Z2 hard drive, if so how do I get it? It is a pity that I have to try to do it myself but Pioneer are such mother f.....I would return the Z2 for a full cash refund but the unit is alredy 4 months old. I do like it but for what it costs it should not have so many problems. I do not want to send it to them because I read they have returned them as NTF. I have talked to Pioneer numerous times and most of their technicians do not want to admit there are problems with the Z2. Anyway, thanks to anybody who might help me!!
