i have a d-3 with pnr2 module and i am having an issue. The module and antennae are installed and I have activated it. But, it still will only show channel 184 (preview channel). I have had the activation signal sent a few times and no luck. Any ideas on what I should do next? The guys that installed it say that its not their deal because I am receiving that preview channel and just to have Sirius resend the signal, but seeing that I have done that I am looking for a different solution. Please let me know if anybody has any insight into this. Thanks a ton!

when you make the call to recieve the signal, is your vehicle outside, clear view of sky, radio on, preview channel working?

yeah for sure. Its weird because the preview channel plays perfectly, the other signal just doesnt want to come through

hmmm. it should take. You can also resend the signal yourself from your PC. you may want to verify you gave sirius your correct ESN.

Yea get a new one... its the unit... I have that in my wifes car the D3 and it did the same thing... bad module...
