Whats up guys, I'v been lerking around the site for awhile now and got tons of help from reading about everyones problems. Now I have a problem of my own. Here it goes

I installed the upgrade to do the Z2 bypass everything went fine, Navi works Dvd was working. Last night tho I tried watching a dvd but got the unreadable disc error, I thought it was the way I burned the dvd so I went and got a Commercial DVD and i got the same error...Its not the DVD because Iv played it on the unit b4..anyway if you guys got any info on the problem id appreciate it..Thanx

Sounds like a defective DVD drive in the Avic to me. Try a few more disks and if they still don't work, time to call pioneer.

tried some more dvds and same error. This sucks because i just got my unit back 2 weeks ago...I was having the Freezing up problem due to the heat down here. Oh well back to pioneer I go
