I'm not getting full functionality out of my NAV. Specifically, I can't punch in any address to plot routes.

Wires NOT hooked up are:

- VSS

- Reverse sensor

- Parking brake

PLEASE tell me it is something painfully obvious that I've missed. All other connections have been soldered/taped and the GPS works fine otherwise.

nope without the parking brake grounded it will never let you do all the features. once its grounded u can use but not while moving.

do the mute wire bypass and you can do it all whenever
