Considering that if you look at his feedback, he's several times had to buy parts for avic systems (GPS ant, Disks...) I'd say that by wholesale, he means slightly used, possible crowbar marks...

the guy had brand new D3's for $450 and I think N4's for $600 and Z2's for $800. I cann Bravo Sierra on that seller.

I am just as leary as the next guy. I talked to the guy several times on the phone. Trying to get him to COD one to me and then I'll believe. Anybody who has dealt with him please chime in with the legitimacy of his offers. Seems too good to be true.
