I was wondering of anyone knows how to play songs from USB in track order rather than song title Alphabetical order.

Sort your USB stick's directory in track order and play in file mode.

This would be so simple if these damn head units supported playlists.

The problem with sorting in the order you want the songs played is not straight forward (at least it isn't on a Windows systems; don't know about others).  Most of the time, to copy files onto the USB stick in play order will require adding a sequential prefix to the filename.  MediaMonkey will do this right from the GUI using the Send To > Folder (Rip/Convert) feature.
