I have a problem with my pioneer i can't upgrade my firmware,it ask me to type the password to continue upgrade but i cand't type the passord,what cand i do?it is very bad now i can't enter in all settings...what can i do?

i solved the problem....the problem was te parking brake connector i don't plug him
