Rear view camera AVIC-F930BT

Hi,

 

I have some problems with the rearview camera on my F930BT. When I turn on the key and I move the gear lever to reverse I have image from the camera. When I start the engine there is no more image from the camera. What can be the problem? I am using a rear view camera bought from eBay...

Just installed aftermarket camera on f930bt. The car is VW Golf V. Had the same problem. The cause is that when you turn the engine on, lower voltage reaches the camera. About 11,93 volts. The solution is to install a relay between the vehicle and the camera harness to stabilize the voltage....
