I turned on my truck today and the radio keeps going back and forth from a " loading screen and to NEX screen, I tried to reset and disconnect the radio but I still get the same message. Has anyone had this issue?

Call the tech line and see if they can help. I had the same issue. Kept hanging at the splash screen, then would shut down and try to restart. Unit had failed and I had to send it in. Luckily was. only 8 days old and warranteed. Cost me for shipping though.
