Recently upgraded from an ipod classic to a latest generation ipod touch.  As such, the USB2 cable for the ipod had to be switched from the 30 pin to a lightning cable.  However, now the videos and movies dontshow up anymore.  Any Ideas?

Additional, Ive found that the ipod response time is HORRIFIC.  Its a 64 gb ipod touch, and I can skip songs, but trying to change artists and or songs has a near 2 minute lag.  Unless I go to the screen of the ipod.  I am insanely disappointed.  I might as well buy another ipod classic and go back to that, and get video and good respnse through the 30 pin connector.  

Yup, you now need to buy some new cables, in particular the hdmi cable.  Go to your unit on Crutchfield and it will tell you what is needed.
