I would like to install a backup camera in my Grand Cherokee and use it with my AVIC-5000NEX, but really don't want to deal with running wires the length of the vehicle and removing the million pieces of trim to do that,

 

Do suitable and stable wireless backup cameras exist that would still plug into the NEX?

Any camera with a composite RCA out should work just fine. 

 

I tried that once, but the interference was too strong and made the picture fuzzy and inconsistent, so I ended up running a wire anyways. But that speaks to the quality of the wireless camera I used, not the the Avic.

Yeah, I figured there was definitely a trade-off between wireless quality and pain of running wires.
