I am unable to get APPRADIO mode to work with my iphone 5c and my AVIC-6000NEX. I'm using USB1 and a Lightning cable. Any help will be appreciated. On the main screen the icon shows that the iphone is X out. I have followed the directions in the owners manual.

Using only a lightning cable is for CarPlay and Appradio One only. For AppRadio mode, you'll need to add the apple digital AV adapter and an HDMI cable. If you want to tuck all of that stuff away for a clean installation, you'll also need a female to male lightning extension cord that is known to work (such as the Cable Jive dockxtender).
