Android Auto update for phone compatibility is available

Hopefully this helps those out there with connectivity issues

This is not just for galaxy s6, but a number of models from other manufacturers. Something to do with Play Services causing the issues. Best of luck!

I am using Verizon S6 and the updated still didn't help me. I am using Google Play Services 7.3.29 (1866531-440). If anyone has a work around please let me know.

I've got a GS5 on Sprint with AVIC-8100NEX. On the stock rom I got the following message: "Cannot support Android Auto Your device cannot support Android Auto."

I was on the 5.0 OTA rom rooted. I flashed CM12 and now everything is working as expected! I was able to make and receive calls, use Google maps, Navigation and Voice search.
