Trying to use a local building as a destination I get:

 

Route Calculation Not Possible Due To Traffic Regulations

 

A search says my destination is in a Control Traffic Zone.

 

So my questions are:

 

1) What is a control Traffic Zone?

2) Why does my Z3 think my destination is in one?

3) What can I do to get around this problem?

 

There is no construction within miles of my destination. Hasn't been for years.

 

I do not have Sirius radio nor any devices that support it or traffic reporting.

 

The loaded maps are 2012 versions.
