There is a option for tones on the unit, is this for a ring tone for a incoming call? When I switched from one to another, there was no sound that should follow to pick one of your liking, or so I thought. What is this option for?

It's to toggle the beep tone on and off when pressing selections on the console (ie changing radio stations). I have mine turned off.

Ah, I will check to see if mine is turned off. With it turned on, can you hear the different tones to pick the one you like? Thank you for the reply.

No it just controls the beep noise when you touch the screen. Just one noise. You can control how loud the beep is or turn it completely off with the feature found on the gear screen.

Thanks, I'll go check it now, and see what I can come up with. So far it's a great unit, I bought one for my car and one for my truck!

my bad, it's the mixtrax in the av source settings option. I don't believe I have that set up, I think you need a app for that IIRC. Thanks for the help though.
