First of all sorry for my bad english.
If I have a SD or USB with .mp3 music playing on my radio, I see files that can not be seen on my mac. See picture what can I do about this.

yes. but I understand that I can better use a windows computer.

I had the same problem too with my macbook, because the OSX creates some invisible files that became visible when the SD/USB are read by a windows computer or some car radios. I solved using an app to clean my pen drives or SD cards, just before to unmount the drive. I should to check in my macbook the name of the app, but it's an application similar to CleanMyDrive: External Drives Manager

Unfortunately, this device does not play music files in alphabetical order when copying files or folders to a stick or SD-card.
It's very annoying. Especially when you add new files at a later time to the stick or card.
One solution is to format the stick or card and copy all the files at one time to the stick or card.
Now it is in alphabetic order again.
