Is anyone using the SWI-CP5 for a steering wheel control adapter?

During the install the little red wire coming off the 3.5mm jack came out and I do not know where it is supposed to go.

Can anyone help me?

Most likely came out of one of the connector terminals.  Typically, manufacturers only use terminals on wires (i.e. they don't put dummy terminals into the connector).  In your case, that means there be one "pin" with a terminal and no wire.  If you find that, you'll know where there red wire goes.  Good luck reconnecting.  Those can be a real pain to repair.
