hi everybody new to this site found through google searches ... the other day my sat nav said it needed upgrading when i was on holiday at the time then  it just dumped me in the sea and left me there  (very fun holiday haha) anyway i reset the settings back to default thinking that may fix the issue but now its left me in italy has anybody had this issue before ? also does anybody have the updates maps thanks in advance

i guess that you have a gps problem, try to find the gps status on the navigation.

Otherwise you can try to update your firmware and you can find it in the link beneath.
