You haven't explained your problem, or how you got there. I'm going to guess that you tried a hack and the update failed. Here's what I just posted in another thread.:
"when stuck in update mode - and the HU keeps insisting that you insert the correct SD, you need to get into TestMode and delete \USER\SYSTEM\Download\StartKnd.log.
Remove your TestMode SD (or USB stick), and it should restart into regular mode on next power up. "

I found the Operating and manage to flash to fix the 8650 firmware error;
