My 8100 has elected to switch my eject button and mad the home button a defult for this so now in order to eject a CD you have to hit the home button meanwhile the eject button does nothing please help I reset it and the same thing

Did you ever get it wet and/or spray cleaner on it?  Unfortunately, the design makes it very susceptible to issues due to the buttons being part of a ledge at the bottom of the unit.  I ran into a similar issue with my 8100 and was fortunate enough to return it and have it replaced.  I am very careful when cleaning the unit at this point.
