Im looking into doing some modding to my 6100NEX. Just wondering does the 6100NEX have a sd card? i know the 6000 does but my 6100 doesnt which was one of the external differnce that stood out to me. Would i just be using USB1 for the modding?

Yes, there is not SD Card slot, you use USB1
