Software Error screen wont go away — AVIC411 Forum Archive

Pleas help!!! does any body know how to make this screen disappear and unit work again.

my AVIC-70000NEX was working just fine until today this screen come up and it wont go away

I disconnected the battery, hold the reset for a long time and nothing works.

if anyone have the solution please let me know... and in case it has to be sent to pioneer how much it cost...

You have to sent it in to Pioneer. The last update did that to a few of us here. Turn around takes about 3 weeks to get back. Log on to Pioneer and enter your serial number. Hopefully your still under warranty.

is not under warranty and yes this happen after I update it to 1.10 to work with my iphone about 2 weeks ago.

how much is going to cost me? any one knows?

You have to contact Pioneer

Hello,

Same issue for me with my AVIC-F960BT (5000NEX ?). Firmware 1.11 was installed on USB 1 and...bug !

But mine is under warranty...

An idea (reset, or else) or the last chance is to contact pioneer ?

If the card is not damaged can be restored.
