I have been trying to use an external hard drive for music and movies, but just keep error message.
Says UNSUPPORTED DRIVE.
Any thoughts.

Make sure the external Hard Drive is a FAT 32. I've seen issues if the Drive is a NTFS. How big is the Drive?
