I recently updated the firmware on my 8100 and lost the UK English TTS voices.  Is there any way to get them back?

Did you update your maps? You might have accidentally uninstalled the file during the Naviextras update. I would sync the Nav to a USB and use the Naviextras Toolbox to make sure that speech file is added to the unit. Only thing I can think as to why that TTS file/voice disappeared after you did an update. Just updating the firmware shouldn't have effected the Nav files. If you updated the Nav files separately using the Naviextras tool. Then that might explain it.

@Huddy - I did update my maps and lost the voices, tried your suggestion but could not find them in Naviextras

I believe they are under the ADVANCED menu labeled "other". You can install/uninstall the voices there. Hope you figure it out. GL
