Take a look at their website. Quite a bit of differences between the two but I will give you a clue on the biggest one. PA=Parking Assistance

ok so i saw that but whats up with that big gay button? do you know if the PA can be controlled from the avic-z2 or do you have to control it with the button?

Two questions about the ND-BC20PA.

1: Does anyone know if the button has "simple wiring"? It looks like there are 5 wires going in to it. So this could be 1 power source and 4 switched "receivers". If so this would make it easy to use or make a button set built in to the car. Like take a blank out to the console and install 4 buttons to control the camera.

2: Are there 1 or 2 "boxes"? I assumed these pictures on Pioneers site were of the same box but looking closer they are different (size, shape, number of wire inputs). Also the owners manual only talks about one. What's going on here?

There is only one box. No idea on your other question

Cool thanks. I assume it is the first one (the one with three connectors).

If some one has this setup and not installed yet it or the button, could you check the wires/buttons with an ohm meter. Just to see if the buttons close a circuit. I would be kind of surprised if was not built like this.

Thanks
