Hey new to forum. I have the avic 5100nex. Recently it started acting weird when it turns on touch screen works fine but if I use any of the buttons on the left side the touch screen not longer respond to touch and sounds like it's trying to eject cd drive. I have to turn truck off and on. Anyone else have problem or know of fix? Thanks in advance

If you havn't already, see if you can do the most recent update.

Otherwise , it's time to call Pioneer

I did the update today. Lost the receipt so that sucks! Thanks for the reaponse!

Call them anyway!  Can't hurt.  If you have the serial they might be able to see if it's still under warranty.
