step by step please.

See the owners manual pages 100-102 for a step by step. Here is the short version:

Burn a cd-r(w) with a folder called "pictures". Put your 500x240 pixel jpgs in this folder. When you are on the z2 and select the change background image option, you will select 'import from disc'. If your drive is unlocked, you can copy the images as BMP directly to the hard drive.

well the manual tells you step by step...but...

resize your pics to 500x240

stick them in a folder called Pictures

under that folder create a subfolder and call it whatever your little heart desires.......and fill it 100mb worth of junk...or anything that is at least 100mb in size...

now fire up Nero or the likes....

make sure it is not multi session and finalizes the disc after the burn

make sure it's Mode 1 ISO 9660

burn it to a cd-r(what I used at least)

stick the disc in the Avic....

go to your settings menu and where to change the background and splash screen

press from disc....

select picture....hit ok or something like that...and your done...
