Reset 120BT

Can anyone help me to completely reset my Z120BT? I am having issues with all of my bluetooth slots taken and the system will not allow me to remove any of them.

 

I have tried to do a firmware update a few times, but it has failed. So I am wondering if there is a way to reset it back to factory.

Once you have 5 BT pairings, the next time you attempt to pair - the HU should prompt you to select one to delete. BTW, what do you mean "I have tried to do a firmware update a few times, but it has failed"? If the BT firmware update failed, doesn't that leave your BT hosed?  If you only wish to re-flash your BT firmware, copy only the FIRMWARE directory from your last upgrade SD to a newly formatted SD and update through the settings menu.
