I hit answer on the screen and I can't hear them and they can't hear me, the counter start like it knows that I answered, any ideas ??

So you are answering it from the HU, not the phone?

I'd re pair it, see if that helps

Look on your HU when answering to see if it goes to private mode,should be right there in the middle of the screen of the 8000 when a call comes in.
