As I'm driving along, I'm wondering if the following could be at all possible: switching on the rear view camera every time I use my signal to make a left or a right, then once the turn signal "clicks off", it goes back to the whatever the HU is displaying.

 

Anything like that at all remotely possible? NEX5000 HU here in a '05 Nissan Xterra.
