Couple issue with D2

VSS worked for about two days. Now at idle it reads 35mph and goes up with revs. Connection directly to ECU. Moved to CC then cluster. I soldered the connection and used shielded cable first then went with non shielded to make sure it was not the wire. The speedometer works accurately in my car.

My car has almost solid motor mounts so at idle I get heavy vibration. At idle in the hardware menu the d2 will say "excessive vibration". The unit is secure. Will this give me any issues now or in the future.

Are you sure you tapped the correct wire?

There is no Speed Sense (VSS) wire listed for your car. I wouldn't hook the wire up at all. By connecting to other sources you might be getting currents that are not in the range your AVIC needs.

Heavy Vibration?? This one I cannot think of a reason for.

You may wany to relearn the vss on the avic. I think you go to connection status, then 3d hybrid and there should be a reset fields button, then drive around.

As for your vibration, a 95 accord should not vibrate that much at all, even if you welded the motor mounts together. (although the last time I hot rodded anything with less than 8 cylinders, it was my lawn mower  )
