Newbie question here. The option Radio Setting/Local is greyed out, because of this I can not receive any radio stations. Any help would be appreciated. hopefully I'm just overlooking something.

Which NEX unit do you have?

Has this problem existed since you installed it, or did it once work correctly?

Is the antenna cable plugged in?

Are you sure that your cable is completely plugged in? I had a similar issue when it was partially out.
