So ive tried Rons PRG.FLG folder add and no luck. Once in TESTMODE i did a system test and GPS firmware is showing an error... any ideas here?

Maybe I missed it somewhere, but what exactly is your symptom and provide more info about how you got there. It's very time consuming to play 20 questions to get to the root problem.
