From what I've read, if I install Avic-Z2 and download the 30MB file in the sticky post for Z2 bypass; all I need to do is insert this CD and upgrade the Z2, then do the 2 wires grounding and I'm good to go with the video bypass?

Yes. If you happen to buy one that was manufactured after sometime in July, it will already have that file in it to allow it to be bypassed so you won't need to bother

Just to confirm, if the unit was manufactured before July (mine was May 2007), then I will need the 30Mb .iso file. Correct?
