hello, i have a 8200 NEX in a 2011 mustang gt. my problem is when i am using hands free for the phone it will only play over the rear speakers and is a very low volume. i checked to make sure the rca`s are correct and the volume is on the third bar on the screen. what`s weird is the promps for the navi play over the front speakers perfectly and loud. do any of you have a fix for this? please and thanks.......

Can you try another phone? Since the NAV audio is going to the front, it doesn't seem to be an installation or hardware issue. Sometimes it helps to reboot the phone. Just generic suggestions since I have no experience with that unit.

Is this a new install, or is this a change in the behavior?

it has been about a month on install but not a daily driver. i have played with the phone a bit but nothing that i can see to correct it. the installer said to update the unit also but that did not help.
