After reinstalling the software the unit worked perfect for about a month. Now my unit boots up and i have a black screen.

Did you use a new SD card or reload the image onto your OEM one?

I have the same dreaded software error in my 4000. Would you be able to share the image?

 I’m having the same problem my SD card is fried. Anyone know what I should install on the new SD card?

do you have the stock image file of 5000NEX? I do have a software error and need to reload the factory image into the internal SD card thanks in advance
