how are you I recently picked up a 5000nex used knowing it doesn't support android app radio. but does support android mirror link. I have been on YouTube the last 2 nights and I cant find anyone doing it wit a s8. is it possible if so how do you do it .every time I plug it in to usb2 It says it sees the phone but says it has incompatible apps. what do I have to do to get this to work?

Onebyside ... I’m in the middle of installing a 7000NEX in my Harley Roadglide. I’m also using the Screenbeam Mini 2 and AppRadio Unchained Rootless but with a Samsung Note 8. I’m using the supplied HDMI extension with the Screenbeam and I’m getting a lot of interference...music cutting in/out. I’m working with limited space as the radio, amp, and all related wiring must be stuffed inside the fairing. Did you experience this? If so, what was your remedy?

I think I figured it out. My phone was still connected to my house wifi. Once I disconnected from that the interference stopped.
No inteference here, mind you mine is in a car. Sounds like you have it working now...enjoy.
