is it a good ideal to keep the nav disk in all the timeor remove it cause i got all my music on my ipod??

Mine isalso always in due to the fact iPod is always being used for music. You'll be fine.

I leave mine is all the time. I have not carried CD's or DVD's with me for a long time. I use my Ipod for everything.
